Suzie’s is a whimsical garden restaurant nestled in the jungly by-lanes of Assagao. Chef Suzie’s food is playful. Fusion fare - merging local produce with a variety of cooking styles and techniques. The menu changes four to five times a year, based on the changing moods and ingredients of the Goan seasons. To match the playfulness of Suzie’s food, each specially crafted cocktail on the menu is a labour of love.

Suzie’s has been rated as one of the best places to eat in Goa by LBB, GQ India, Condé Nast Traveller, LBB again.

PLANTAIN PATTAUD

Raw plantain fritter topped with taro root leaves, rolled in chickpea flour, steamed and pan seared, accompanied with a cilantro mojo, drumstick mousse and our raw papaya salad. (Vegan)

Mildly spiced pepper chicken, in a ghee roasted dosa, curry leaf chutney & mustard greens.

PEPPER EGGPLANT DAAKU

FOR MAINS

ELEPHANT’S FOOT KOFTAS

Elephant's foot and bottle gourd cooked in a subtly spiced masala gravy, served with a side of soondal and pan tossed local red rice. (Vegan)

SMOKED SEA PERCH

Oak smoked sea perch served on a bed of soft potato pellets, tossed in burnt butter garlic sauce with a delicate parmesan mousse and pickled zucchini.


FOR DESSERT

SITAPHAL JAALEBI

Our take on the classic jalebi with rabri. Sitaphal custard, kokum jaali, beetroot jalebi, orange rawa sponge.

BERRY BITCHIN’ CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (Dairy Free & Eggless)

Soaked almond sponge with layers of dark chocolate mousse, raspberry cremeux, raspberry gel, tempura banana.
